Outside and Inside Mummies by Sandra Markle 393 MAR
I think it is interesting that only Egyptian pharaohs were buried with their arms crossed. I like how this book showed real pictures and scans of actual mummies and their internal organs.Also, many times the organs were put in a jar and covered with sap so tha the family could keep their loved ones near.
Love and Marriage around the World by Carol Gelber 392.5 I learned a lot about marriage around the world. In Africa for example bridewealth has usually been cattle. Today wage labor is replacing farming and cattle raising as a livelihood so cash is demanded as bridewealth. The amount is often so high that a man might have to wait years to marry and even when he does he still pays in installments. Also, in Africa, India, Turkey, Egypt the bride is more like a slave. It is eye-opening.
I did not know that people on the ship wore different clothes in the cold and when it is hot.They also wear different clothes to see what kind of people they are.
This book was very interesting I will be a whole lot more careful when just messing around with my friends online. Cause they might take it the wrong way.

I got a navy book and I like navy books. My book is an ABC book but I just got it for the navy. This book is very good. I enjoyed it. You should get it next time.

This is the second time I have read this book. I liked it both times. The book tells the story of several women who overcame obstacles to be great warriors. Most women had to give up love to be great warriors and had to sacrifice. I liked the warrior woman Boadiea the best.
I didn't like this book because I don't like reading but you should read this book because if you are a bully you will see how you hurt people's feelings.
