Stonehenge by Matt Doeden 936.2 DOE
I think it is interesting that Stonehenge was used as a calendar, a temple, and a place of burial. I wonder if we will ever know who built it?
Knights by Stewart Ross 940.01Ros Knights have always been fascinating to me. I especially enjoyed reading the section on King Arthur. The most interesting fact I learned was that full armor weighed about 40 pounds and was very flexible.
The Inuit by Ruth Thomson 970.004 Tho This book told of the activities and history of the Inuit people. The book had crafts you could make and games you could play just like they did. You could make mittens to wear, too. I liked it.
This book is about cowboys. If you like cowboys this is the book for you. There's a lot of cool stuff in this book like repeaters, Bowie knives and revolvers. There's a lot of old outfits like old pj's and pants, old spurs and a lot more. But this book was good because I like the wild west.

i read the camp system 940-53 by jane shuter.i like the book becuase it tolled about how every thing happined at the time of the holocaust.and what the oeople at the camp hade to go thourgh.
The Dictionary of Texas Misinformation by Anne Dingus 976.4 Din
I don't know about some of the disinformation found in this book. It discounts many of the "myths" about the Alamo. I think most of us know the Alamo was a mission not a fort. I think we know that the Mexican flag flew over that part of Texas but come on; we were fighting for an ideal represented by a flag that eventually would be for Texas. An interesting point was that pass the buck means to pass on the deal at a card game or to pass the buckknife. I wondered where that phrase came from. Lots of intersting details in the book, so if you like Texas history, this is a good book for you to read.
This book is about finding the Titanic. It talks about how the Titanic sank and how some people escaped from sinking. They went under the water. If you like reading about the Titantic, then you shoud read this book.
